Refund policy

If you want to return something, try to do it within 30 days, please.  Preferably stuff that hasn't been worn yet. But, like that outdoor retailer from Maine, we'll consider anything up to a year from purchase - call us crazy!

If something arrives damaged, just let us know and we'll ship you a new one, unless we're out of stock, in which case you can get a refund or choose something else. 

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at info@yaknow.org. 

If you want to process a return/exchange, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Remember, if you just send us your item for return/exchange without letting us know ahead of time, we'll surely be confused, so please email us first.

We'll process any refunds as quickly as possible, but definitely within a few days of the return. You can always contact us for any return/exchange question at info@yaknow.org.
